How we handle your details

What the booking form collects
Your name, email, phone number, ZIP code and street address, the date and time window you prefer, any entry notes and message, and the cleaning estimate you built on this site. We don’t collect payment details here.
Where it goes
The form is sent through our website provider’s form service to our booking inbox. Only the people who schedule cleans can read it. We don’t sell or share your details, and we don’t use them for advertising.
How long we keep it
Booking requests are kept for as long as you’re a client and for up to two years after your last clean, so we can answer questions about past visits. Requests that never became a booking are deleted after six months.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. We’ll reply within 30 days.
